Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in converting PSD to HTML, theme customization, and a strong knowledge of Bootstrap and React. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing websites and web applications, ensuring that they are responsive and user-friendly. This is an excellent opportunity for a designer with 1-3 years of experience to work on challenging projects and grow their skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Convert PSD designs to HTML using Bootstrap and other front-end frameworks • Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet custom client requirements • Develop responsive websites and web applications using React • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the best user experience • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility • Test and optimize website performance and speed • Stay up-to-date with the latest web design and development trends and technologies

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in web design and development • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and React • Experience in PSD to HTML conversion and theme customization • Familiarity with WordPress and its ecosystem • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver projects on time • Experience with version control systems such as Git is a plus
